Highlights: Square on Fifth Atlanta is located just off Tech Square on Spring Street. Floor plans range from 1×1 to 4×4 and amenities include a pool deck, fitness center, and gaming room.

2. Inspire Atlanta

Highlights: Across from Georgia Tech’s North Avenue apartments and past Bobby Dodd Stadium, Inspire Atlanta is a short walk to East Campus. This location offers 1×1 to 5×5, a rooftop pool deck and a fitness center.

3. The Connector

Highlights: The Connector, previously known as Here Atlanta. is a longer walk to Tech Square, just past The Standard on the corner of Third Street and Spring Street. Floor plans for these apartments range from 1×1 to 5×5 and amenities include a coffee bar, outdoor yoga area, and a sauna.

4. The Standard at Atlanta

Highlights: On the corner of Fourth Street and Spring Street, The Standard at Atlanta is a five minute walk from Tech Square. This student apartment complex offers different floor plans ranging from 1×1 (one bedroom, one bathroom) to 5×5 and amenities such as a pool deck, a gym, and a 13th floor terrace.

5. The Mark Atlanta

Highlights: Just past Publix shopping center, The Mark Atlanta is located on the corner of Tenth Street and Spring Street. The location is further from campus and about a 7 minute walk from Tech Square. The Mark offers 1×1 to 6×6 apartments and amenities such as a golf simulator, fitness center, and pool deck.

6. University House Atlanta

Highlights: Further down Spring Street, you’ll find University House. “UHouse” is located directly across the street from Publix shopping center and is a five-minute walk from Tech Square. UHouse offers floor plans from 1×1 to 4×4 and amenities including a SkyLounge and two-story clubroom.

7. Hub on Campus Atlanta

Highlights: Also located on Spring Street is Hub on Campus, a new delivery for GT students in Midtown. Hub offers amenities such as a rooftop pool and hot tub, a fitness center, yoga studio, spa and sauna, and a pet washing station. Their floor plans include studio, 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×3, 5×4, 5×5 and 6×4 options. Several of these floor plans offer Hub+ upgrades including VIP and Mansion.
