Location
Across the interstate from campus, The Hub is located at 960 Spring Street NW, a 6-minute walk to Georgia Tech. This location is just past the Publix Shopping Center and across the street from The Mark on the corner of Spring Street NW and Peachtree Place NW.

Amenities
Like the other student apartments in Midtown, Hub offers more than just basic amenities.

At Hub, you’ll find a rooftop pool and hot tub, a fitness center, yoga studio, spa and sauna, a pet washing station and more.
Parking
For those bringing their car to campus, Hub will have 125 parking spaces available for purchase in a controlled-access garage, accessible from Peachtree Place.
Pricing and Floor Plans
Hub offers a variety of floor plans including studio, 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×3, 5×4, 5×5 and 6×4 options. Several of these floor plans offer Hub+ upgrades including, VIP and Mansion.
VIP floor plans include upgraded furniture, appliances, and decor, as well as a private terrace, floor-restricted access, and more. The Mansion upgrade includes a larger private terrace with your own private hot tub on that terrace.
Pricing for these floor plans range from $1,235 to $1,825 per person, per month.
