1. Inspire Atlanta
Address: 564 Centennial Olympic Park Dr. NW
Distance to Bobby Dodd Stadium: 2-minute walk
Distance to Tech Green: 11-minute walk
Year Opened: 2021
Highlights: Located just across the street from Georgia Tech’s on-campus North Avenue apartments, Inspire is the closest off-campus apartment to Tech Tower and Bobby Dodd Stadium. Unlike the other apartments on this list, Inspire is located on the west side of I-75/I-85 Downtown with the majority of the main campus. Inspire offers apartment floor plans ranging from studios to 5×5 (five bedroom five bath) and amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop pool and outdoor space.

2. Square on Fifth at Atlanta

Distance to Tech Square: 3-minute walk
Distance to Tech Green: 14-minute walk
Year Opened: 2015
Highlights: On the east side of I-75/I-85 Downtown in Midtown Atlanta, you can find numerous student apartments on Spring Street. Midtown apartments offer easy access to the Scheller College of Business and Tech Square. Square on Fifth is just a three-minute walk from Tech Square. Square on Fifth features amenities such as an outdoor pool deck, gaming room, and fitness center. Floor plans range from 1×1 to 4×4.

3. University House

Distance to Tech Square: 5-minute walk
Distance to Tech Green: 16-minute walk
Year Opened: 2015
Highlights: Further down Spring Street, you’ll find University House. “UHouse” is located directly across the street from Publix shopping center and is a five-minute walk from Tech Square. UHouse offers floor plans from 1×1 to 4×4 and amenities including a SkyLounge and two-story clubroom.

4. The Standard Atlanta

Highlights: In the opposite direction down Spring Street, you’ll find The Standard. The Standard is located on the corner of Fourth Street and Spring Street and is a five-minute walk from Tech Square. The Standard features floor plans from studios to 5×5 and amenities such as a gym, pool deck, and 13th-floor terrace.

5. The Connector

Year Opened: 2021
Highlights: Just past the Standard, The Connector, previously called Here Atlanta, is located on the corner of Third Street and Spring Street. This location is further than the others, but is still only a six-minute walk from Tech Square. The Here offers amenities such as a coffee bar, outdoor yoga area, and sauna as well as floor plans from studios to five bedroom apartments.

6. The Mark Atlanta

Highlights: A seven-minute walk from Tech Square, The Mark is located just past Publix shopping center on the corner of Tenth Street and Spring Street. The Mark offers floor plans from studios to 6×6 and amenities such as a golf simulator, fitness center, and pool deck.

Highlights: Hub on Campus Atlanta is one of the newer Midtown properties, located conveniently on Spring Street. Their amenities feature a rooftop pool and hot tub, fitness center, yoga room, and indoor/outdoor study areas. Floor plans range from studio to six-bedroom with the option to upgrade with VIP and Mansion packages. VIP includes upgraded furniture, appliances, decor, and a private balcony.
