Inspire Atlanta: Off-Campus Apartment Review (Updated for 2024)

By Emily

With so many options for student housing in the Atlanta Midtown area near Georgia Tech, it can be hard to determine what place will be the right fit for you.

While we feel confident that Whistler’s various floor plans, top-notch amenities, and prime location will fit all of your college housing needs, we also know how difficult it can be to compare property options. To help you along in this process, we have conducted a review of another off-campus student housing option, Inspire Atlanta.

This East Campus location holds the title of closest off-campus apartment and overlooks both Tech Tower and the football stadium. However, this location is on the west side of I-75/I-85 Downtown, whereas most off-campus housing is located in Midtown. It is a short walk to classes on east campus, about a 5-minute walk from many fraternities and sororities, and 12 minutes from the library and Tech Green.

Like many other off-campus housing options, Inspire Atlanta provides its residents with several amenities. The conjoined twelve- and seven-story buildings’ rooftop features a resort-style pool and a sunning deck with lounge chairs, bars, grills, and fire pits.

On the inside, entertainment and gaming rooms, flexible study spaces, computer lounges and a business center with free printing are all available to use. Inspire also offers a fitness center and an on-site courtesy officer.

All of these amenities are available to residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking

If you’re planning on bringing a car to school, Inspire Atlanta offers an onsite four-story parking garage with secured access. Spots in the parking garage come on a first-come, first serve basis. At the time of publication, there was no information on Inspire’s website about what they charge for parking.
