How Do I Apply For An Apartment?

Applying for an apartment at Whistler is easy! You can apply for the available floor plan of your choice by clicking on our website’s APPLY button and filling out our online application or by contacting our leasing office! We look forward to welcoming you home.

What Is An Individual Lease?

Individual leases represent independence. When you lease an apartment at Whistler, you’ll sign your own individual lease agreement. That means you’re responsible solely for your portion of the rent and not your roommates’. The rent you pay pertains exclusively to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!

Do Apartments Come Furnished?

Yes! Whistler’s apartments come fully furnished. Each resident will have a full-size bed and pillow-top mattress, two-under bed/stackable dresser drawers, and a study desk and desk chair.

Our studio floor plans include an accent chair and wall-mounted Smart TV.

Our standard floor plans come with common area furniture, including an entertainment stand, wall-mounted Smart TV, coffee table, side table, sofa, accent chair and barstools. Larger units include multiple accent chairs and side tables.

The Whistler offers a wide range of floor plan options for soon-to-be residents to choose from, including studio, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom apartments! Whether you’re signing solo or with roommates, you are sure to find a floor plan that meets your needs.

Is Parking Available?

Yep! Residents of Whistler have exclusive access to secure parking. We are offering both on-site parking as well as parking at the Centergy Parking Deck across the street. On-site parking starts at $400 a month and off-site parking is $160 a month. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to ask us about getting your spot as soon as possible.

Is There Security On-Site?

Our residents’ peace of mind is our number one priority. We provide a number of on-site services including camera surveillance, electronic key unit entry, and courtesy patrol officers on duty from 8 PM to 8 AM to foster a secure environment for the community.

How Do I Access My Digital Key Fob?

Your digital key fob is offered through the platform Salto KS. Contact the leasing office to connect your preferred email address to your account. Once it is added, you can download the Salto KS app and create a password for the account using the email address you provided.

Where Does My Mail Go?

Each of our Whistler apartments has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building, located near the resident lounge and leasing office. If a package doesn’t fit in the unit’s mailbox, it will be delivered to our Luxor package room and residents receive a text message with a code to retrieve the package.
