Off of Tech Square in east Midtown, The Connector is about a 6-minute walk from Georgia Tech’s campus on the corner of Spring Street NW and 3rd Street NW. This location is near The Standard and Sweet and fresh.

At The Connector, you can find a fitness center with a yoga studio, a coffee and breakfast bar, an outdoor theater, a golf simulator, a sauna, a rooftop pool, and more.
Parking
If you are a student who wants to bring a car on-campus, The Connector has a secure parking garage for residents only. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at an additional cost each month. At the time of publication, The Connector was no information on The Connector’s website about what they charge for parking.

The Connector offers various floor plans including studio, 1×1, 2×2, 4×4, and 5×5 layouts.
At the time of publication in December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Connector range from the $1,400s to over $2,100 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on The Connector’s floor plans page.
