Location
Across Fifth Street Bridge, University House, or UHouse, is located near the Publix Shopping Center on Spring Street. Although its a further walk from campus than other student apartment locations of Spring Street, its just a five-minute walk to campus and an even shorter walk to Tech Square and the Scheller College of Business.

Amenities
Like other student apartments, UHouse offers unique amenities that you won’t find at traditional apartments near campus.

At UHouse, you can find a pool, 24-hour gym, TV room, game room, study lounge and outdoor area.
Parking
If you want to bring your car to school and are looking for a place to park, UHouse has a covered parking garage available to its residents. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at an additional cost each month. At the time of publication, there was no information on UHouse’s website about what they charge for parking.

UHouse offers floor plans ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes fully furnished.
At the time of publication in December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at UHouse range from the $1,300s to over $1,800 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on UHouse’s floor plans page.
