Location
Across the interstate from campus, The Hub is located at 960 Spring Street NW, a 6-minute walk to Georgia Tech. This location is just past the Publix Shopping Center and across the street from The Mark on the corner of Spring Street NW and Peachtree Place NW.

At Hub, you’ll find a rooftop pool and hot tub, a fitness center, yoga studio, spa and sauna, a pet washing station and more.

Parking
At the time of publication, Hub on Campus has garage parking spaces available for starting at $75/month for tandem, $125/month for standard.

Pricing and Floor Plans
Hub on Campus Atlanta offers a variety of floor plans including studio, 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×3, 4×4, 5×3, 5×4, 5×5 and 6×4 options. Several of these floor plans offer Hub+ upgrades including, VIP and Mansion.
VIP floor plans include upgraded furniture, appliances, and decor, as well as a private terrace, floor-restricted access, and more. The Mansion upgrade includes a larger private terrace with your own private hot tub on that terrace.
At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Hub range from the $1,000s to over $1,800 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on the Hub on Campus floor plans page.
