The Lawrence

The Lawrence is a spacious 4×4 unit starting at $1,499 per month. This floor plan is one of our more affordable units because it does not come with the option for a balcony, but still has plenty of large windows and natural light throughout the apartment.

The Clement

The Clement is another spacious 4×4 unit at Whistler. If you are looking for a bright and open apartment, all four bedrooms in this unit feature floor-to-ceiling windows, letting in lots of natural lighting. The Clement also has the option of a balcony with views of Georgia Tech and Downtown. Rates for The Clement start at $1,509 per month.

Our last most affordable unit is another 4×4, The Michel. This unit is flooded with natural light and a roomy common area for the optimal living and kitchen space. Views from this balcony include Tech Square, Mercedes Benz stadium, The “Pencil Building” (The Bank of America Plaza) and Stone Mountain.
