The kitchen features bright white cabinets, statement backsplash, colorful barstools, and matte black fixtures, making for a stylish space. You’ll also have stainless steel GE appliances, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a glass stovetop.
In the living area, you’ll find a wall-mounted smart TV, a coffee table, and enough comfortable seating for you and all your roommates to hang out together.
To complete the unit, there is a full-sized bluetooth washer and dryer and an electronic fob lock and deadbolt on the front door.Outside of unit features, we also have a full suite of amenities including a pool deck, study floor, and our in-house coffee bar, Daydreamer Cafe. With amenities like a gym, sauna, spin studio and yoga room, you will have no need for a gym membership – the gym will be steps away!
3. Year-Round Housing
If you plan on staying in Atlanta over the summer for research, classes, or an internship, you’ll probably want to sign at a location that offers year long leases.
Unlike on-campus housing options like Georgia Tech apartments, dorms, and Greek housing that offer 9-month leases, Whistler signs students for 12-month leases, allowing you to stay in Atlanta for the summer months.
And if you change your mind and want to go home, study abroad, or move to another city over the summer, you can always sublet your apartment. You can read more about the relet process here!
4. Proximity to Campus
Whistler is located at 859 Spring Street NW, just steps from Tech Square and a short walk to campus. This way, you won’t have to worry if you snooze your alarm a few too many times – campus is right next door!
5. Safety & Security
The safety and security of our residents is of utmost importance to Whistler. That’s why we have a controlled access building with complex-wide video monitoring capabilities. The building will use a fob system with electronic key locks to individual units and amenities throughout the complex. For extra security, you will have deadbolts included on your front door.
Our onsite building management and maintenance staff are also dedicated to providing assistance and comfort to all residents. Our maintenance staff will handle any physical problems and building emergencies.
