Location
For many Georgia Tech students, location is one of the biggest deciding factors when contemplating where to sign a lease. Both of these properties are located across 5th Street Bridge on Spring Street near East Campus.
Whistler
Located at 859 Spring Street NW, Whistler is just steps from Tech Square, Scheller College of Business, and Barnes and Noble. This prime location on the corner of Spring Street and Abercrombie Street is just a 3-minute walk from East Campus near Tiff’s Treats and LA Fitness Midtown. It is also located less than a block away from Square on Fifth Apartments.
The Standard at Atlanta
On the south end of Spring Street NW, The Standard at Atlanta is about a 3-minute walk from Georgia Tech’s campus and is in the heart of the city’s trendiest neighborhood. The Standard is walking distance from Whole Foods Market and Public Super Market at Piedmont, and also has lower level retail space, which currently is occupied by Starbucks, Sweet & Fresh, and more. It is located across the street from The Connector.

Whistler

Units come fully furnished with GE stainless steel appliances, premium Wi-Fi, bluetooth controlled washers and dryers, a wall-mounted smart TV and much more.
The Standard at Atlanta
The Standard at Atlanta offers various floor plans including studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×4, 5×3, and 5×5 layouts.
At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at The Standard range from the $1,200s to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on The Standard’s floor plans page.
