If you are planning on bringing your car to campus, the property will have 338 parking spots available to its residents for an additional monthly fee. At the time of publication, there was no information on Theory Interlock’s website about what they charge for parking.

Theory Interlock offers various floor plans options, from studio to five-bedroom apartments. These floor plans include: studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5.
At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Theory Interlock range from the $1,200s to over $1,800 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on Theory’s floor plans page.
Units come fully furnished with hardwood-style floor, modular walk in closets, and the option for a private balcony.
