Whistler student housing is fully furnished, making resident moves and lives easier. Our kitchens include ample cabinet space and stainless-steel appliances. Communal areas include a sofa or accent chair, coffee table, a Smart TV in the living room, and bar stools. Bedrooms come with a bed, pillow-top mattress, two-under bed/stackable dresser drawers, desk, and chair.
Individual Leasing
We offer leases by the bed, not by the unit. This means each resident signs their own lease, giving you flexibility, financial security, and simplified transitions. Experience the comfort and assurance of a lease designed specifically for you.

Moving your student out can be a stressful experience with a lot of moving parts. With our No Hassle Move-Out program, we help remove the stress and make the transition as smooth as possible. It’s designed to make your move-out effortless, so you can focus on spending quality time with your student during this important transition without worrying about the tedious cleaning process. With one simple payment, you can say goodbye to the stress of cleaning and let us take care of the hard work. Please note the No Hassle program is designed to simplify your move-out experience and reduce cleaning worries. However, if there is excessive damage or cleaning required in your unit, you may still be charged a fee even if you have signed up for the No Hassle program. Our team will assess the condition of your unit and notify you of any additional charges.

Our roommate matching service is available for free upon request. Our team takes the time to get to know our future residents by reviewing their profiles. From there, we personally match them with roommates that have shared interests, study and sleep habits, majors, and more.
Security Measure + Peace Of Mind
At Whistler, our first priority is the security of our residents. The building and amenity spaces are accessed via secure electronic key fobs. The property is equipped with an array of high-resolution security cameras, as well as on-site courtesy officers who regularly patrol the property from 8 PM to 8 AM.

When it’s time to focus, students can use our private and semi-private common areas to get their work done. In their apartment, we installed solid-core bedroom doors to help minimize distractions.
Leases are based on the individual, not the unit. We offer leases by the bed, rather than by the unit, giving the resident the flexibility and peace of mind when signing with us.

Residents of Whistler have exclusive access to secure parking. We are offering both on-site parking as well as parking at the Centergy Parking Deck across the street. On-site parking starts at $400 a month and off-site parking is $160 a month. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to ask us about getting your spot as soon as possible.
